ULVAC-PHI took part in the 7th Chinese National Conference on Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS-China VII) held from October 9 to 12 at the Suzhou Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool International Conference Center in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
From PHYSICAL ELECTRONICS, INC., Dr. Ashley Ellsworth, gave a presentation on TOF-SIMS MS/MS applications.
