Event Report: Open House at NTHU Taiwan
On January 29, an open house seminar was held at the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), using the PHI Quantera II with Argon Gus Cluster Ion Gun (Ar-GCIB).
Dr. William Wu of Analytical & Bio Science Instrument Co., Ltd., ULVAC-PHI’s representative, presented the basics of Quantera II and Ar-GCIB, followed by Dr. Hsun-yun Chang from ULVAC-PHI’s lab, introducing applications of XPS using the characteristics of Quantera II with Ar-GCIB.
